The Eagle Investor was designed for those individuals who can purchase a variety of investment instruments, including individual stocks. Next question, what is the specific investment instrument that we should purchase from the selected Sector and Style area? Demonstrating When To Sell
The most exciting and unique element of our Eagle Investor is that it often indicates when to sell a specific investment instrument. When an investment is overvalued, obviously we want to start Harvesting near its top. Again, we expect that there are usually two good selling opportunities expressed. During this Value Cycle topping process, our trade secret Market Cycle Timer will reveal to us when to begin the Harvest. For example look at Anheuser-Busch (BUD) in the second quarter of 2002. Also, look at Merck & Co., Inc. (MRK) where we recommended selling in the fourth quarter of 2000.
